Brushing your teeth may make you feel worse but it is still very important.
A toothbrush with a small head will help to reduce that gagging feeling.
It will get better!
Try and eat something. You are more likely to be ill if you have an empty stomach. Keep to sugar free snacks such as dry crackers, toast or bread.
Visit your Dentist. You may find that your gums bleed. Keep brushing and tell your dentist - but don't worry as this is quite normal in pregnancy.
