Menaca is a senior dentist at Smile 32 Dental and an educational supervisor for the London Dental Education and Training of Health Education England. She has extensive experience in Primary Care Dentistry and a keen interest in teaching and training. Menaca is passionate about improving standards and is dedicated to providing high quality care through training and development. Being a strong believer in post-graduate education, she has gained her Membership of Royal College of Surgeons in 2004, Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education from the University of Bedfordshire in 2015 and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry in Royal College of General Dental Practitioners. She is a member of a number of professional bodies including FDS, FGDP and BDA. Dr Joji is committed to improving oral health through preventive care and actively takes part in various outreach events and local television health programmes regularly. Her calm gentle demeanor enables her to put phobic patients at ease. Being multilingual she is able to communicate with a diverse patient base from the local community.

Mr Kishore Gowda

Kishore is an established member of the team who joined our practice in 2010. He motivates and leads the team for a smooth running of day-to-day practice. Kishore in conjunction with the principal dentist ensures that patients receive a high standard of care and service in line with CQC/GDC guidelines, Health and Safety, Employment and other legislations. He trains and monitors all the dental nurses and the receptionists to keep them up-to-date and empower the staff to perform to their best of ability. He helps to design and implement the practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards of clinical care. Being from a public health background, he promotes and facilitates prevention and motivates the staff to implement primary prevention. He has excellent interpersonal skills and works towards enhancing patient journey beyond dental chair. He regularly attends meetings with the NHS England and other organisations to keep abreast with the latest rules and regulations in the best interest of the patients and the staff.

Magdalena has been in dentistry for over 9 years. After qualifying as a Dental Nurse and gaining experience, she gained dual qualification as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from King's College Hospital NHS Trust in 2012. She is interested in many aspects of Dentistry, and special interest in oral hygiene promotion and patient education on periodontal disease prevention. Studying Dental Therapy has helped her to understand the development of dental caries and its impact on periodontal health and is able to guide her patients on these aspects. She is able to carry out restorative treatment on adults and children. She strongly believes that communication between members of dental staff is mandatory in achieving effective and efficient treatment results. She is a member of British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.

Apprentice Dental Nurse


Said Mansoor started his career as a dental nurse at our practice as an apprentice since January 2015 and pursuing National Diploma in Dental Nursing. As a young dental nurse, he is very enthusiastic and pays at most attention while assisting dentists and supporting patients. He has friendly and warm mannerisms towards patients. He enjoys learning and improving his nursing skill to provide the best assistance to dentist and patients. He is a good team player and understands others requirements to ensure good quality care to the patient. Said long term goal is to become a dental hygienist and a therapist.

Nafsheen is the newest team member who joined our team as an apprentice dental nurse. She is highly enthusiastic and a quick learner. She has proved to be a valuable member of our team and strives to provide high quality assistance to dentists and patients. She is always there to support other team members when needed and is highly motivated. Her goal is to further her nursing skills to become an extended duty nurse.

Rouzam joined the practice in 2013. He has a very friendly and helping nature.
